The Windsor Memorial Re-Dedication Ceremony will take place on Tuesday 20th September 2022 at 1:30pm.

This will take place at the new memorial which is located behind the Windsor Hotel.

The original Memorial was built in 2006 but due to serious deterioration had to be replaced. We hope that this new Memorial, funded by the miners of the Windsor Colliery and their families along with Caerphilly County Borough Council, Aber Valley Community Council, Coal Industry Social & Welfare Organisation (CISWO) and other Community Groups of the Aber Valley will last for many years to come.
