Aber Valley Heritage Group would like to thank everyone who joined them for their annual Memorial Service on 14th October 2021. Last year the service could not take place as usual due to lockdown restrictions, and was only attended by the committee members and live streamed on Facebook. They are thankful that this year they were able to open the invitation for local schools, community groups, government representatives and the local community to join them to remember those who lost their lives in the Universal Colliery disasters of 1901 & 1913.
