The Committee Members of the above are pleased to announce that Councillor Lindsey Whittle has agreed to become their new Chair. The post became vacant after the untimely death of Jack Humphreys under whose guidance the Welsh National and Universal Mining Memorial has now become such an important part of the history of our Valley.

Lindsey lives within the Aber Valley and we are aware how important our history is to him therefore with his help and guidance he will help us meet our aims for the future.  We all look forward to working with him. Exciting times ahead!
